Reports
Export your Intune macOS app inventory, vulnerabilities and outdated apps as CSV or PDF.
Reports builds an on-demand assessment of the macOS apps in your Intune tenant that are assigned to at least one group.

What's included
- Assigned app assessment: how many app objects were assessed, how many are outdated, how many have actively exploited (KEV) vulnerabilities, and the share of published apps that are assigned.
- Export summary: the whole assessment as PDF or CSV, ready to share.
- Detailed reports:
- App Inventory: every assigned macOS app with version, publisher and bundle ID
- Vulnerabilities: known CVEs affecting the assigned versions
- Outdated Apps: assigned versions with a newer catalog version
Each detailed report can be downloaded as CSV (for Excel or Google Sheets) or PDF.
Limitations
Read the Assessment limitations on the page before sharing results:
- Reports cover app objects in Intune; they don't prove an app is installed on a device.
- Apps that aren't assigned to any group are excluded.
- Vulnerability findings depend on matching the app to the catalog and on version data. Apps that can't be matched can't be assessed.
Large tenants can take a while to scan. If the request times out, select Refresh to try again.
