Fleet dashboard
See your managed Macs, the apps installed on them, outdated and vulnerable apps, and software you don't deploy yet.
The Dashboard combines your Intune app inventory with what Intune reports from your Macs.

Grant access to device data
The first time you open the dashboard, IntuneBrew needs read access to your managed devices. Select Grant access and approve DeviceManagementManagedDevices.Read.All in the Microsoft window.
- If your organization requires an administrator to approve it, ask an Entra administrator to grant admin consent, then select Retry.
- If it says Your account cannot read Intune devices, the permission is fine but your Intune role can't read devices. You need Intune Administrator or a custom role with Managed devices: Read.

Detected but unmanaged
This section lists apps that are installed on your Macs but not deployed through IntuneBrew:
- In the catalog, not deployed: select Deploy or Deploy to ring… to start managing them.
- Not in the catalog: shows how many Macs have them. Request the ones you want.

Good to know
- Intune refreshes the list of apps on each Mac only every 7 days, so recent installs or updates can take a while to show.
- Personally owned Macs report managed apps only.
- In very large tenants, inventory is limited to the first 4,000 items per query; the dashboard says so when that happens.
